About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our manufacturing operation running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a multi-craft industrial maintenance position involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, automation, and general equipment repairs. If you enjoy troubleshooting a problem, making the repair, and getting equipment back into production, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and previous industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and test equipment and read technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, PLC-controlled equipment, welding/fabrication, plumbing/piping, or preventive maintenance is a plus.
• Practical hands-on experience is valued more than a specific degree or school.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, repair, rebuild, and install industrial production machinery and plant equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and work with operators, maintenance personnel, vendors, and contractors to resolve difficult issues.
• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, gauges, regulators, cylinders, piping, and related components.
• Install and troubleshoot electrical/electronic components and automated machinery and equipment.
• Perform mechanical repairs involving motors, pumps, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, and other power-transmission equipment.
• Use tools, test equipment, manuals, drawings, and technical documentation to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Recommend improvements that increase reliability, safety, and production uptime.
• Maintain accurate repair information, a clean work area, and compliance with LOTO and all safety requirements.
