About The Position
TPI Hospitality is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Roseville, MN. This role involves general hotel maintenance, responding to guest requests, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment. The position offers opportunities for growth within a company that has over 50 years of experience and operates more than 25 hotels and restaurants.
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be able to lift 30+ lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to help with general hotel maintenance and other tasks as needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete repairs
- Conduct regular inspections on guest rooms, public areas, and equipment
- Fix plumbing leaks, electrical issues, lighting, kitchen appliances and assist with painting, drywall repair, flooring, etc.
- Maintain a safe environment for guests and associates
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with snow removal, including snowblowing and shoveling
