About The Position
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining bakery production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient operations and minimize downtime in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work extended shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with industrial controls and electrical systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on bakery production equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, motors, conveyors, and automated machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Maintain HVAC and facility systems as needed
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
- Follow all GMP, HACCP, and workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to support operational goals
