Requirements
- Basic mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment
- Troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on factory equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PMs) to reduce downtime
- Inspect machines and identify potential problems before failures occur
- Assist with equipment setup and changeovers as needed
- Maintain maintenance logs and complete work orders
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
