About The Position

A leading manufacturer in the Twinsburg, Ohio area is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician. This critical role involves installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex plant equipment, with a strong focus on PLC automation and machinery maintenance. Working in a dynamic foundry environment, the technician will be responsible for preventing production downtime by ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems operate at peak performance.

Requirements

Proven mastery of electrical troubleshooting from 5V DC control loops up to 480V AC 3-phase machinery.
Hands-on capability to utilize RS5 and RS500 logics for active online system diagnostics and PC-driven equipment troubleshooting.
Deep understanding of fluid power design (hydraulics/pneumatics) and standard commercial plumbing.
Must be motivated and available to work overtime hours and weekends as required to protect plant production quotas.

Nice To Haves

Direct maintenance experience within a die casting or foundational heavy-industrial foundry setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, wire, and repair industrial electrical frameworks ranging from low-voltage electronics (5V DC) up to heavy industrial circuits (480V AC, 3-phase systems).
Use RSLogix 5 and RSLogix 500 software to connect online, interpret ladder logic, and isolate machine faults efficiently.
Diagnose, rebuild, and maintain heavy-duty hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, valves, cylinders, and pumps.
Direct general preventative maintenance and repairs across the foundry floor, including targeted industrial plumbing and infrastructure upkeep.
Monitor and assist with automated production machinery, interfacing with ABB, Motoman, and Rimrock robotic cells when needed.
