Requirements
- Current or previous maintenance experience.
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
- Ability to communicate and interact well with team members and residents.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- A college degree.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, or appliance repair and installation.
- Fix, repair, replace, refurbish, and restore community property.
- Handle daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, and unit turnovers.
- Carry out asset preservation objectives of ownership.
- Support the team and keep the community in working order.
