About The Position

We’re hiring a skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to help us deliver top-quality service and comfort to our residents. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep across the property. Tasks include: Proactively maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical issues, and appliances. Perform routine maintenance work such as painting, carpentry, and drywall repair. Respond promptly to resident service requests. Ensure common areas and grounds are clean, safe, and maintained. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.

Requirements

• Prior experience in apartment or residential maintenance
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance installation and maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED
• Full-time availability, including ability to be on-call
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
