Requirements

1+ years’ experience in multi-family housing maintenance
HVAC
Plumbing (e.g., sweating copper pipes)
Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
Appliance repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc.)
Water heaters (gas & electric)
Drywall repair and painting
Valid Drivers license required

Nice To Haves

EPA License preferred
HVAC Certification preferred
CPO Certification preferred

Responsibilities

Complete work orders efficiently and according to priority
Turn apartments between resident occupancy (Make Ready)
Perform HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
Maintain property grounds and complete preventative maintenance
Keep maintenance areas clean and organized
Share 24/7 emergency coverage duties with other team members
Paint and stain interiors and exteriors as needed

Benefits

Pay : $21.00-25.00 /hr.
Up to $3,000 a year in Quarterly Bonuses.
On-call bonus structure - up to $1,300.
