Maintenance Technician - Houston Market
About The Position
Richdale is seeking dedicated and motivated HVAC Maintenance Technicians for several Class A luxury communities in Houston, Texas. There is also one relocation opportunity to Minneapolis, Minnesota and Omaha, NE. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in our team and will be recognized and rewarded for your hard work. This role involves responding to service requests, performing preventative maintenance, identifying and correcting hazardous conditions, communicating with residents, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires the ability to work on-call.
Requirements
- Hold current HVAC certification
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills—will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Respond to service requests including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), pool, and appliance in a timely manner
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
- Ability to identify hazardous conditions and correct them immediately
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed
- Provide the best quality customer service to our residents
- Must be able to work on-call
