We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including building repairs, grounds upkeep and ensuring the general cleanliness and safety of the premises. The role involves using a range of equipment such as pressure washers, lawn care machinery, scissor lifts, and ladders. Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and upkeep of the building including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and minor HVAC maintenance.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools for repairs and installations.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and facilities.
• Maintain and care for the landscaping and grounds including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing weeds.
• Operate lawn equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers.
• Ensure proper care of seasonal plants, trees, and shrubs.
• Use pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as walkways, parking lots, buildings, and outdoor furniture.
• Maintain and store pressure washing equipment in safe working condition.
• Safely operate scissor lifts and ladders for maintenance tasks such as cleaning windows, gutters, and high surfaces.
• Ensure proper safety procedures are followed when working at heights.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting within the facility and on the grounds.
• Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are stored properly and kept in working condition.
