The Maintenance Technician role involves regularly inspecting the facility, equipment, and property for defects, assisting with building renovations and repairs (both interior and exterior, such as paint touch-ups and general plumbing issues), helping with technical difficulties (like video calls, internet service, and equipment maintenance), performing outside custodial duties (including gardening and snow removal), and completing daily, weekly, and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required
If in recovery, a minim one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask
General knowledge of carpentry and repair

Responsibilities

Regularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects
Assist with any building renovations/ repairs, both interior and exterior (paint touch-ups, general plumbing issues etc.)
Assist with any technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance etc.)
Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal etc.)
Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance
