About The Position

Associated Thermoforming, Inc. is seeking a motivated and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for supporting the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Welding and fabrication experience required.
Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repairs required.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
Ability to move from department and buildings to interact with others.

Nice To Haves

Experience operating forklifts preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, preferred.
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of production equipment and facility systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Assist with machinery breakdowns and equipment diagnostics.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.
Perform basic welding, fabrication, and machinist duties.
Repair wiring, electrical components, plumbing, and other facility systems.
Operate hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and material handling equipment.
Support facility upkeep, including grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
