Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

Monitor all aspects of the account, identifying and repairing problems as they arise.
Serve as the on-site maintenance point of contact.
Perform daily checking of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance service (change filters, clean coils, lube moving parts, etc.) on these systems and make repairs as necessary.
Construct, repair and/or replace items specified by the faculty and staff for improving their educational programs (e.g., shelving, play/theater props, physical education equipment).
Make preparations for events held on campus, including set up and break downs.
