Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Able to read work orders, safety labels, and equipment instructions in English
Pass a drug screen and background check
Flu vaccine (medical and religious exemptions available)
Hands-on repair experience in carpentry, electrical, or plumbing

Nice To Haves

Maintenance experience in senior living, healthcare, hotels, or apartment communities
Repair experience from hotels, apartments, or the trades counts here.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other building systems to keep our community running smoothly
Respond to maintenance requests from residents and team members, delivering timely, high-quality service
Perform routine preventive maintenance to help ensure equipment and facilities remain safe and reliable
Accurately maintain service records, inspections, and maintenance documentation
Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies to support daily maintenance operations
Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment throughout resident apartments and community spaces
