About The Position
Hyatt Place Niagara Falls is hiring a dependable and hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician to help keep our property safe, comfortable, and in excellent working condition.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or commercial property
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections
- Respond promptly to guest room and facility maintenance requests
- Maintain common areas, equipment, and building systems
- Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and compliant with hotel standards
- Work with vendors and contractors as needed
