About The Position

Pinnacle Corrugated, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners and a leader in the corrugated manufacturing industry, is seeking Maintenance Technicians for 2nd & 3rd shifts at its Landis, NC location. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial corrugated equipment and machinery. Requirements

3 - 5+ years of experience with Electrical and Mechanical Systems in an industrial environment.
Experience with computers, including hardware, software, and network configuration and troubleshooting.
Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Working knowledge of PLCs and motors.
Knowledge of computers and automated machines.
Strong maintenance electrical background, preferably in manufacturing, including AC/DC motor control, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring codes.
Computer competence and experience with the Microsoft suite.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and electrical functions, troubleshoot to correct inefficiencies, and prevent equipment downtime by completing regular PMs.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical problems of plant machinery.
Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve world-class results, ensuring all equipment runs properly and meets operational requirements.
Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately. Complete assigned online safety training monthly.
Work within specifications and drawings, ensuring completion and minimizing waste within set dates and times.
Perform other corrective and preventive maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
