About The Position

Pinnacle Corrugated, an affiliate of Schwarz Partners and a leader in the corrugated manufacturing industry, is seeking Maintenance Technicians for 2nd & 3rd shifts at its Landis, NC location. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial corrugated equipment and machinery. Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of experience with Electrical and Mechanical Systems in an industrial environment.
  • Experience with computers, including hardware, software, and network configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot various pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs and motors.
  • Knowledge of computers and automated machines.
  • Strong maintenance electrical background, preferably in manufacturing, including AC/DC motor control, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring codes.
  • Computer competence and experience with the Microsoft suite.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and electrical functions, troubleshoot to correct inefficiencies, and prevent equipment downtime by completing regular PMs.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical problems of plant machinery.
  • Ensure the maintenance and preventive maintenance of corrugating plant process equipment to achieve world-class results, ensuring all equipment runs properly and meets operational requirements.
  • Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately. Complete assigned online safety training monthly.
  • Work within specifications and drawings, ensuring completion and minimizing waste within set dates and times.
  • Perform other corrective and preventive maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor.
