Requirements

A strong foundation from a trade or technical school is beneficial
At least 2 years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic, or a minimum of 3 years of direct work experience
An adequate set of tools is essential for performing daily job tasks
Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot independently and carry out repairs efficiently to maintain our facilities
Strong communication skills are necessary to address maintenance-related work orders promptly and effectively
A valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less is required
An operable vehicle and proof of insurance
Must be capable of participating in an on-call rotation to respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise

Nice To Haves

Trade and/or technical school training paired with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic preferred
Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience preferred
