About The Position

Millennia Housing Management, LTD., is an industry leader and a successful property management company located in the Midwest. We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech for our property, Carrollton Crest, located in Carrollton, OH. This is a full time position (40 hours per week) which includes a benefit package and competitive hourly wage based on experience and knowledge.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of hands on experience in residential building maintenance
• Strong customer service skills
• Trustworthy
• Able to work with vendors
• Meet deadlines
• Ability to positively interact with a wide range of people
• Ability to work in a fast paced-environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Possess your own small hand tools
• Pre-employment credit/criminal and drug screen are required

Responsibilities

• Carpentry and dry wall/plaster
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• HVAC with heat pump experience
• Grounds/landscaping
• Apartment preparation
• On call responsibilities
• Occasional overtime
• Assistance at other sites as needed
• Maintain inventory
