Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience preferred
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or general maintenance experience
Ability to respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls/on-call rotation
Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification preferred (not required)
CPO Certification preferred (not required) for pool maintenance
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Complete maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner
Perform unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents
Maintain building systems, common areas, and grounds
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues
Respond to emergency maintenance needs, including after-hours calls
Support property safety standards, inspections, and compliance requirements
Assist with maintaining inventory and maintenance supplies
