About The Position

As our Maintenance Technician, you are the heartbeat of our facility in Holly Springs. You won't just be a General Maintenance Worker; you'll be a problem-solver who ensures our buildings are safe and functional. Your day-to-day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician will include performing minor repairs on plumbing (sinks, toilets), electrical (switches, lighting), and HVAC systems. You will also handle carpentry tasks, painting, and structural repairs like fixing doors or windows. Completing work orders quickly while keeping great records of your labor and materials is key. You will use your skills to spot safety hazards before they become problems and maintain a company vehicle, ensuring it stays in great working order.

Requirements

At least 1 year in a maintenance role where you’ve worked with your hands.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Comfort climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repair.
A pleasant, "can-do" spirit when talking to co-workers and clients.
