From completing repairs to maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the property, you'll play an essential role in delivering an exceptional place for residents to live.

Requirements

Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Customer service mindset and teamwork skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
Maintain exterior of the property along with tackling seasonal prep such as fall cleanup.
Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking sharp.
Respond promptly to routine and on-call emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists.
Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
Communicate with vendors, contractors, co-workers and residents.
