About The Position
Picerne Real Estate Group, a company with a long history of building and managing properties since 1925, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for two apartment communities in New Britain, CT. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of apartment maintenance and a commitment to pride of ownership.
Requirements
- High school diploma/equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable vehicle
- General knowledge of apartment maintenance
Responsibilities
- Preparation of market-ready units, including basic mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical as needed, in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate effective and exceptional communication skills for communicating with residents, coworkers, and management.
- Demonstrate ability to contribute to and foster a team approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
- Snow removal.
- Responsible for assisting custodial team with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots and other community buildings as needed.
- Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by completing all tasks pridefully and successfully.
