Maintenance Technician

About The Position
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for general maintenance of assigned properties to include: general repairs, preventive maintenance, delivery of equipment, coordination of work between the user and Engineering department and/or outside contractors. Provides technical guidance and assistance for all traditional building systems and specialized systems.

- 3 Years Construction Required
- 3 Years Facilities Maintenance Required
- 3 Years HVAC Maintenance Required
- 3 Years Plumbing Required
- 3 Years Electrician Required
- 3 Years Carpenter Required
