About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, skilled, HVAC-certified Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair apartment community systems and help ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning living environment for residents. The role involves routine and emergency maintenance, HVAC service, general repairs, inspections, and property upkeep. The technician participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and follows safety procedures and company standards.

Requirements

• HVAC certification is required.
• Knowledge of electrical work, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, hardworking, and customer service-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Previous multifamily property maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Handle general repairs involving plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and carpentry, as well as preventative maintenance.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in good condition.
• Assist with unit inspections and turnovers, and help maintain curb appeal.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
