Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in the Richmond, VA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $20-22/hour based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities
- Move heavy equipment and furniture
- Clean, sweep, mop and wax floors and stairways
- Maintain grounds and clean up debris
- Clean windows, partitions, and mirrors
- Perform painting and repairs as needed
- Identify and report possible repairs
