About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain property appearance, support preventive maintenance programs, and ensure our residents enjoy a safe and comfortable environment. Requirements

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• Reliable transportation with an active Driver's License and the vehicle covered with liability insurance with your name listed.
• Own tools to complete job tasks.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Training in at least four of the following areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, carpet repairs, refurbishing, and cleaning.

Nice To Haves

• EPA license (training provided if not possessed)

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready tasks such as painting and carpet cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
• Assist the Service Manager or Service Technicians with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work with the Groundskeeper to ensure the property and pool are clean and well-maintained.
• Support filter changes and other routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Work on HVAC units and complete necessary repairs to ensure optimal functionality.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to address emergency maintenance needs.
