About The Position
Our Maintenance Technicians play an essential role in keeping our apartment community safe, attractive, and operating smoothly. You’ll work directly with residents and the maintenance team to address day-to-day maintenance needs, complete preventative maintenance, and maintain the overall appearance of the property.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience.
- Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Your own tools suitable for performing maintenance repairs.
- A professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond to 24-hour maintenance emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.
- Perform general groundskeeping, including trash removal and light landscaping.
- Complete a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, Preventative maintenance.
- Maintain the community’s overall appearance, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Provide professional, courteous service to current and prospective residents.
- Work collaboratively with the property management and maintenance teams.
- Perform other reasonable duties that support the needs and objectives of the community.
