About The Position

Fort Collins Country Club is a full-service private club in Northern Colorado focused on delivering a high-quality member experience. The Maintenance Technician is a full-time position responsible for day-to-day building and preventive maintenance throughout the club. The role covers maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, environmental, safety, custodial, and event-coordination tasks. The technician works with club facilities including the clubhouse, restaurants, pool facility, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course restrooms, and fitness center, as well as surrounding grounds. This position requires a team-oriented attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and attention to detail. It reports to the Facilities Manager. The role also assists with housekeeping when needed, including cleaning tasks and providing custodial or housekeeping supervision. Work is performed in a busy environment and may involve hot, sunny, cool, cold, or rainy conditions. The schedule varies according to business needs. Physical activities include bending, squatting, lifting 50 pounds or more, and standing, turning, and walking for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Previous facilities experience is preferred.
General construction knowledge and carpentry experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

Help keep all facilities and surrounding areas clean and well maintained.
Assist with maintenance of the clubhouse, restaurants, pool facility, tennis and pickleball courts, golf course restrooms, and fitness center by monitoring equipment and completing required testing.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance as needed.
Perform building maintenance tasks involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, custodial work, painting, security, and kitchen equipment.
Assist with campus maintenance, including outdoor tennis courts, the swimming pool, gazebo, and grounds.
Identify and fix potential safety hazards to help prevent injuries.
Move furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.
Assist with sweeping, vacuuming, and trash collection when housekeeping staff need assistance.
Provide custodial or housekeeping supervision when needed.
