Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation required
Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Preventative maintenance programs
Grounds maintenance and upkeep
Property maintenance operations
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Responding promptly and professionally to resident service requests
Maintaining apartment homes and preparing vacant units for new residents
Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues
Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections
Maintaining common areas and grounds appearance
Assisting with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general repairs
Monitoring inventory and maintaining tools and supplies
Working closely with property management and onsite teams
Helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
