About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Temporary Maintenance Technician to join our team at Enclave Apartments in Bowling Green, KY. This is a temporary assignment with a reputable property management company, ideal for an apartment maintenance professional seeking immediate work. The role involves completing resident service requests, performing general maintenance and repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, and troubleshooting various issues.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repair

Nice To Haves

• EPA Certification strongly preferred
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-readies)
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and carpentry issues
• Assist with preventative maintenance and property upkeep
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive community
• Participate in on-call rotations if needed
