Requirements

Mechanically inclined with excellent troubleshooting skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship.
Safety-focused and knowledgeable of OSHA standards.
A dependable team player with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
Strong knowledge of electrical diagnostics (required).
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Experience performing preventative maintenance programs.
Ability to read and maintain maintenance records and documentation.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with outside contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and facility-related issues.
Maintain equipment to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve potential problems before they become major repairs.
Assist with repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, overhead doors, dock equipment, and other building infrastructure.
Accurately document repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment service records.
Support OSHA compliance and workplace safety initiatives by participating in safety inspections, drills, and audits.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and other departments to quickly resolve maintenance issues.
Assist with janitorial and facility upkeep responsibilities as needed.
Help maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and spare parts.
Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
