About The Position
At kdc/one, we’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance / Facilities Technician to help keep our facility safe, efficient, and operating at its best. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — this role is for you! This role involves keeping facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems, and handling welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Skills in things such as electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and good manufacturing practices
Responsibilities
- Keep facility equipment running smoothly through routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems
- Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs
- Read procedures and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly
- Operate tools and powered industrial equipment
- Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date
- Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
