About The Position
At Northwood Ravin, we are known for creating distinctive luxury apartment communities and are seeking a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in owning repairs from diagnosis to resolution and keeping systems running efficiently to support a well-maintained, reliable community. In this position, you will manage service requests and maintenance operations across multiple systems, with a focus on efficient troubleshooting, quality repairs, and minimizing repeat issues. This is a role for someone who is technically strong, works independently, and takes accountability for delivering repairs that are done right the first time.
Requirements
- Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance or a related trade
- Hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Completing service requests with a focus on first-time resolution and resident satisfaction
- Performing preventative maintenance to reduce system failures and extend asset life
- Supporting apartment turns to ensure units are fully prepared and move-in ready
- Identifying issues early through inspections and proactive maintenance, while suggesting long term solutions.
