About The Position

Kings Mill is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Apartment Maintenance Technician who brings professionalism, energy, and a driven, take-initiative mindset that sets you apart. You’ll be responsible for completing service requests with efficiency and care, preparing apartments (make-readies, punch work, and detail finishing), maintaining attractive and safe apartment grounds, performing general repairs: plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction, handling large-scale projects when needed, and keeping our community clean with debris removal and upkeep. Requirements

• A positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail
• Solid communication skills (both verbal and written)
• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, with weekend availability
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional holidays
• Valid driver's license required
• HVAC and CPO certifications required
