About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and overall appearance of our community’s common areas. This role works closely with the Concierge team and Association Manager to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and pool systems
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications related to electrical, plumbing, or pool operations
  • Experience with pumps, lighting systems, and water features

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across all common areas (lobby, gym, pool, garage, etc.)
  • Complete minor repairs including painting, plumbing, and electrical work
  • Maintain equipment, lighting, water features, and pool systems
  • Coordinate cleaning, landscaping, and vendor services
  • Monitor property conditions and report issues, including vandalism or major repairs
  • Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and chemicals in compliance with safety standards
  • Assist with waste management and occasional hauling
  • Communicate maintenance updates and provide reports to management
  • Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed
