- Professional appearance a must
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Driver's license and car

- Experience in heat pumps
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks in areas such as plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and functional.
