Maintenance Technician Hourly PT - Seasonal

We are currently looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician for a 93 space, all-age Manufactured Housing Community in Branson, Missouri.
Requirements
- Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
- 1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of: Building and facility maintenance.
- Plumbing and electrical systems.
- Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water).
- Groundskeeping and landscape.
- Swimming pool maintenance.
- General carpentry.
