Requirements

Minimum three (3) years' experience in maintenance or equivalent field.
Must be EPA certified.
Possess your own basic tools to perform building maintenance.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Ability to pass a criminal background check is required.
Must be willing to work on an on-call rotation.

Nice To Haves

Technical school, Highschool Diploma, or G.E.D. preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling and completion of preventative maintenance activies and assist in updating records of those activities.
Provide excellent customer service in fixing all customer requests for maintenance support. This includes timely and responsive resolution to issues.
Complete maintenance service requests involving drywall, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as scheduled, responds to emergency services requests (after-hour emergency calls) and property disasters (fire, floods, freezes, etc.).
Complete all maintenance work orders within assigned timeframe and make most apartments ready within five (5) business days of vacancy.
Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC equipment (furnances and condensers).
Troubleshoot and repair appliances (Stove, Refrigerator, etc.).
Comply with local ordinances, state and federal laws, including Fair Housing laws.
