About The Position

INH Properties is seeking a part-time, mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician that will take pride in making our apartment community a great place to live! When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks: Miscellaneous Maintenance & Carpentry, Grounds upkeep and snow removal, Interior painting, Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable, Responding to work orders in a timely manner, Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests, Work as a team to ensure apartments are ready for all move-ins and maintain our communities to the highest standard, All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents, Cleaning/Maintaining common areas.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent
A valid Driver's License
Time Management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures

Nice To Haves

Experience in multi-family housing
Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred
Boilers License or a willingness to get one
HVAC certification strongly preferred
CPO Certified or willingness to get certified
Chiller knowledge
