About The Position

Mark-Taylor is excited to welcome new team members at our Maintenance Hiring Events! We're looking to expand our team as we take on new business in the North Scottsdale and North Phoenix. Requirements

• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a working cell phone.

Responsibilities

• General knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, landscaping, appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to the team.
• Available to participate in on-call rotations when needed.
• Basic computer skills.
