How that request is handled sets the tone for how they’ll experience living here. That’s where you come in. We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician at RISE St. Augustine, a newly built community, where the goal isn’t just to fix issues — it’s to maintain a standard from day one. What This Role Really Is This isn’t just about completing work orders. In a new community, maintenance sets the baseline: How quickly issues are resolved How well things are cared for How residents feel about their home This role is about consistency, quality, and ownership — keeping something new operating the way it was designed to.

Responsibilities
- Completing service requests efficiently and with attention to detail
- Troubleshooting maintenance issues and delivering lasting solutions
- Performing preventative maintenance across homes and community spaces
- Supporting the overall appearance and functionality of the property
- Communicating clearly with residents and team members
- Helping ensure readiness of homes for move-ins
