About The Position

Requirements
- Minimum of (2) years’ experience in building maintenance or engineering roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment efficiently.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
