Maintenance Technician
About The Position
We’re hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our high-speed manufacturing maintenance team. This is a mechanically focused maintenance role supporting batch-based production equipment in a large-scale manufacturing environment. You’ll troubleshoot and rebuild motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pneumatic systems, pumps, piping, grinders, mixers, lifts, heating systems, packaging equipment, and other production machinery while helping maximize uptime and reliability. Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Industrial Maintenance Certificate or equivalent training
- Mechanical rebuild and alignment experience
- Pneumatic troubleshooting and repair experience
- Experience supporting high-speed production equipment
- Familiarity with CMMS maintenance systems
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing maintenance experience
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Root cause analysis experience
- Reliability or continuous improvement exposure
Responsibilities
- Mechanical Repairs: Diagnose and repair production equipment and packaging machinery.
- Component Rebuilds: Rebuild gearboxes, bearings, shafts, and bushings.
- Precision Alignment: Perform teardown, installation, and precision alignments.
- Pneumatic Systems: Troubleshoot cylinders, actuators, valves, and compressed air systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Complete PMs including lubrication, belts, filters, and inspections.
- CMMS Documentation: Record maintenance work and downtime in Fiix.
- Line Support: Assist production during changeovers and equipment startups.
- Reliability Improvements: Support root cause analysis and continuous equipment improvements.
