Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Mechanical problem-solving skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Self-starter with initiative and pride in work.
• Focus on family and loyalty.

Nice To Haves

• EPA Type 2 or Universal certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements.
• Deliver top-notch service to residents by keeping interior and exterior property conditions in prime shape.
• Perform preventative maintenance, documenting and addressing issues before they escalate.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
• Collaborate with a supportive, loyal team.
