About The Position

Winfield Property Management is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to maintain Park Villas properties and ensure they meet standards for safety, appearance, and functionality. The role involves general repairs and preventative maintenance and reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.

The technician handles service requests from tenants, completes repairs in a timely manner, and interacts professionally and courteously with residents. The position is on call for emergencies.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of general plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repair.
• Ability to provide and use hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and team members.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to the overall success of Winfield Property Management.
• Able to walk and stand for prolonged periods, climb ladders, bend, crawl into awkward spaces, operate power equipment, lift 50–100 pounds at a time, and work in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to facility equipment and systems.
• Inspect equipment and systems to identify problems or issues.
• Conduct quarterly preventive maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Handle tenant service requests and complete repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with tenants.
• Perform general onsite safety repairs to protect property and residents.
• Refurbish residences before occupancy.
• Be on call for emergencies.
