POSITION SUMMARY: To maintain all plant equipment and ensure Production up time is maintained at 100%. Support the key operating principles of safety, quality, operational excellence, our lean journey and continuous improvement while meeting or exceeding internal customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company safety policies.
• Look for and recognize safety concerns and push to resolution.
• Maintain a high level of quality of the work being performed.
• Maintain the required work schedule while coordinating with production and manufacturing engineering for production equipment and area availability.
• Interface and communication with other departments or affected areas to ensure that production impact is always minimized.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ensure all work orders are closed when completed and submitted to Team Lead.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Team Lead as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to bend and run conduit, select correct wire type/size for amp load per NEC.
• Troubleshoot control voltage from 0 to 480V.
• Knowledge of plumbing, hydraulics, HVAC, and all types of motors and pumps.
• Ability to safely leave one project in order to support higher priority Production stoppages.
