About The Position
The individual in this position provides performs maintenance activities, inspections, testing, repair on all facilities / nursing systems and infrastructure related systems. Provides assistance to the maintenance director as needed. The maintenance technician will also be responsible for ensuring that all ODVA resident assist equipment within the facility is in good working order.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience in maintenance preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend system manuals
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance activities, inspections, testing, and repair on all facilities/nursing systems and infrastructure related systems.
- Provides assistance to the maintenance director as needed.
- Ensures that all ODVA resident assist equipment within the facility is in good working order.
