MG Properties is a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team at a property located in Beaverton, OR. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused.

Requirements

• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) is a must
• Customer service attitude
• Flexibility
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to work on-call rotation

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas
• Completing maintenance service requests
• Appliance repairs
• Painting
• Apartment turnovers
• Taking emergency calls
