Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required
- HVAC experience required
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification preferred
- CPO certification and pool maintenance experience are a plus
Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents
- Maintain the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other building systems
- Participate in an after-hours emergency on-call rotation
- Maintain maintenance supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
