Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience (or equivalent skills).
- Comfort with tools and troubleshooting.
- Self-motivation and solid organizational skills.
- A customer-focused, professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
- Tech savvy enough to use an iPad or iPhone.
- Weekend/holiday flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance tasks & projects across multiple cabins.
- Perform inspections that keep everything guest-ready.
- Troubleshoot issues big and small-appliances, Wi-Fi, HVAC, plumbing, you name it.
- Keep hot tubs happy (training provided).
- Coordinate with third-party service providers.
- Join team meetings (coffee provided).
